Dental Implants

In our office, we take pride in knowing that we are the forefront of implant technology. Our systems enable us to place and restore implants more precisely and more esthetically than ever before by controlling and performing the entire process here in our office. To check to see if you are a good candidate for a dental implant, we take and analyze a 3D Cone Beam CT scan of your jaw. Doing so allows us to thoroughly examine the available underlying bone in both jaws to determine if you are a candidate for dental implants, or if you are in need of additional bone grafting procedures prior to implant placement.

We design your ideal restoration using our CEREC computerized dentistry software and integrate the new proposed tooth into the 3D image obtained of your jaw. This allows Dr. Miranda to virtually place your implant in the jaw, using our state of the art implant software prior to the actual physical placement, to assure the ideal implant position for maximum restorative function and esthetics. Using this data, we fabricate a custom surgical guide that fits over your teeth and precisely directs the placement of your new dental implant. After, 2-4 months of healing we are then able and ready to take our digital impressions using CEREC to create your new tooth.
